Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fine Sodick BBD-01B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fuji-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flowserve parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Flowline-Flow-Line-Siemens-Rosemount-Emerson product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji-Electric such as the FMD2AC21A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the b100s08 manufactured by Flowserve and we are pleased to be able to service most Flowserve systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LU815101 by Manufacturer Flowline-Flow-Line-Siemens-Rosemount-Emerson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fisher Brand 32B7734X022 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fisher such as 12P1580X022 equipment made by Fisher have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FRN7F1S4C by Fuji and 12P1580X022 spares by Fisher are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
